Welcome

Our field of expertise is “high performance” both for individuals and teams.  We are available for seminars, consultancy, facilitation and coaching on a range of topics that are all factors contributing to “high performance” and include but not limited to:

  • Time Management and Productivity:  Identifying those opportunities that will make the difference, prioritising them, scheduling them and getting them done efficiently.  Team work excellence.
  • Business Planning and Team Alignment:  Strategies to ensure business success from the “one page business plan” to “daily team huddles”, all with the aim of engaging, aligning and empowering a team to succeed.  From strategic leadership to tactical management initiatives.
  • Team Communication:  A high performing, winning team is one that communicates in a timely and effective fashion, allowing focus of effort in the right place at the right time.  From coaching skills for managers and conflict resolution through to presentation skills.

Providing excellent service to businesses and individuals is our priority.  We seek to identify your real needs with insightful questions and then deliver solutions underpinned by our values of, designing great training material and methods, walking our talk, seeking win win outcomes and enjoying the journey.  As such we make 3 promises:

  • We will deliver great ideas and concepts.
  • We will provide practical, useable tools and strategies.
  • We will engage, entertain and inspire your team / audience.

We are totally committed to meeting your needs and achieving the result you desire for your team.  Our intervention has to have a real impact upon individual and organisational behaviour to in turn positively affect your KPIs.  Only then does the intervention become a worthy investment and that is our aim from the outset.  Some companies are eligible for a $5,000 training grant from New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.  Please ask for details as to which courses we can deliver for you under this scheme.

When considering how teams work together we have considered how managers and staff interact and the communication that needs to occur.  We have produced a managers desk reference “Time to Talk”.  Please see the Time to Talk page.
